FunnelMaster is a SaaS platform that helps creators, coaches, and small businesses build funnels — landing pages, email sequences, and checkout flows — and accept payments from their buyers via Stripe Connect. We are not the merchant of record; when a buyer pays on a funnel you built, the funds settle to your Stripe account, minus Stripe's processing fee and our platform fee.
Plans are billed monthly via Stripe. The platform fee (a percentage of each buyer payment) varies by your plan tier — the current rate is shown on the pricing page and on your billing dashboard. We may change platform fees going forward with 30 days' notice by email.
Stripe's own processing fee (currently 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction in the US) is additional and charged by Stripe, not us.
You own the content you put on your funnels (copy, images, offers). You grant us a non-exclusive license to host, render, and transmit it for the purpose of running the Service. If you delete a funnel or close your account, we delete the associated content within 30 days from our live systems (backups cycle out within 90 days).
Either of us can end the relationship at any time. If we terminate you for a breach, active buyer payments in flight complete normally and funds already in your Stripe account stay there. We'll give you a reasonable window to export your data (30 days minimum) before deletion.
The Service is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it reliable but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose. Neither party is liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
We may change these terms. If the change is material, we'll email you at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance.
